Is Hell World Legit? Reviews, Refund Policy and How to Test Before You Buy
What Hell World is, what its customer reviews say (good and bad), the refund policy in plain words, how to pay, and how to test with a small purchase before you commit.
Short answer: Hell World (hellworld.io) is a proxy aggregation platform run by Hell World Co., Limited. It sells 14 residential pools plus ISP, mobile, datacenter and unlimited plans from one account balance. Its 46 Discord customer reviews average 4.7 out of 5, rated by us from the review content. All sales are final, so the safe way to judge it is to buy a small amount and test your own workload.
What Hell World is
- One balance, many pools. You top up once and spend the balance on any of the 14 residential pools, Static ISP, mobile, datacenter or unlimited plans.
- Real prices side by side. Every pool’s per-GB price is listed on the comparison page. The cheapest residential rate is $0.23/GB on the Geofast 1 TB plan; 1 GB of Geofast costs $0.36.
- Proxy strings in a standard format.
host:port:user:pass, HTTP/s and SOCKS5, usable in browsers, scrapers and bots.
What customers say
Reviews are collected from the review forum on our Discord server and shown on the homepage. The forum has no star buttons, so we rate each review from what it says: we read the 46 existing reviews one by one, and new ones are scored by a fixed set of rules that never gives 5 stars when in doubt. The average is 4.7 out of 5.
The positive reviews mostly mention fast support replies and low prices. The negative ones are shown too, unedited. Recurring complaints are:
- A product that did not work for the customer’s target, for example a datacenter IP blocked by a site. Datacenter IPs are cheap but easier for sites to detect; residential or ISP pools are the safer choice for strict sites.
- Delivery or payment delays, usually resolved through support.
If a review’s rating looks wrong to you, tell us on Discord and we will correct it by hand.
Refund policy, in plain words
All products are digital goods, so all sales are final: no refunds or replacements. Proof that the product was delivered to the email address you provided counts as fulfilment of the order. The full text is on the refund policy page.
This is why we recommend testing small first (next section). If something does not work, contact support before buying more: on Discord or at [email protected].
How to test before you commit
- Create a free account and top up a small amount.
- Buy 1 GB of one pool that matches your use case (see which pool for which job).
- Run your real workload for an hour: same sites, same tools, same request rate.
- Check the expiry rule before a large purchase: most residential pools never expire, Geofast and the F-series last 90 days (details).
- Only then buy a larger plan. Larger plans have lower per-GB prices.
How you can pay
Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT), PayPal, WeChat Pay, card, and account balance.
