Trash datacenter ips and no response from support
good customer service
service was delayed due to system error but once the team was aware, was immediately given my proxies and gave extra to make up for it
long waiting time before responses
created a ticket yesterday at around 1pm or so, didn’t get a response until 11:45pm. Responded to him at 12 (15 min later), and havent gotten a response since (almost 10 hrs later).

Been using hellworld for a few years now Proxy up time is by far one of the best out there if not the best I don’t ever remember them going down during a big drop In my few years of using them, I’ve only had one issue which was taken care of within an hour late at night which is almost unheard of Will be comming back for years to come

allow custom username & password
Default username and password is kinda hard to remember and we should open dashboard every time we need to find user & pass
