What's the difference between Static ISP and Residential proxies for sneakers?
Static ISP plans give you a fixed IP that looks like a residential ISP (Comcast, AT&T, BT) but lives on datacenter infrastructure — fast, reliable, and the same IP across days. Rotating Residential uses real consumer IPs but rotates per-request, which is bad for multi-step checkout flows. For drops, ISP wins on Nike/Footlocker; residential wins on Shopify-hosted brands.
How many tasks can one ISP IP handle on Nike SNKRS?
Nike's Akamai BMP scores reuse aggressively — most cooks limit one task per ISP IP per drop. For high-volume cooks, run 5–20 ISP IPs in parallel; Hell World ISP plans let you provision dedicated IPs by the day or month.

Will I get banned for using proxies on SNKRS?
Nike's Terms of Service prohibit automated purchasing. Proxies don't change that — they reduce IP-level detection, not policy risk. Use at your own risk; Hell World does not guarantee successful checkouts and is not affiliated with Nike, Adidas, or any brand listed.
Can I refund unused ISP plans?
ISP plans are time-based — once activated, the day/month clock starts. Unused balance on pay-as-you-go residential plans never expires, so we don't refund those (they stay in your account). For special cases contact support via the Discord #help channel.
